Forum downtime

Hi Everyone,

We apologise that the forum has been down for some considerable time. Following the resignation of the tech-editor at the last AGM we have not been able to find someone to take over this post. During that time we had an error with the software that caused the forum to fail.

I have now got the forum restored and working again.
