Always quiet in this section but apparently there has been more interest in them over the years.
Do any members keep any ?

Some recently kept fish including the rare Haplochromis sp.'fire'

this cropped up on a German importers list but had to buy 40 of them ! After comparing them to the American strain you can see they are similar but not the same, possibly not pure but no others are available :?

sp.'orange rock hunter' i have put some of these through previous auctions, are they still kept? a critically endangered fish kept by few

Neochromis rufocaudalis SaaNane

Mbipia lutea Makobe Is. (no its not sp.44 but sometimes traded as and has been hybridized with )

I have a hap from lake Victoria which is extremely similar to the photos you have posted here, however the Orange and yellow on the body seem to be in reverse. i wonder if you take a look at these photos, do u have any ideas towards the identity of my fish?

Hi,

I've finally managed to get a proper pair of Pundamillia Nyerei Ruti Island, and am now seriously concidering go to an all Vic tank. But there's not many suppliers out there for something a bit different then the punda and sp44. Any suggestions?

Kind Regards,

Edwin
